 Money transfers can be sent and picked up at our pickup locations throughout Nigeria.
Money transfers will normally be paid in cash. All payments are subject to availability, receivers showing documentary evidence of identity and any other conditions applicable at the KBL MONEX TRANSFER pickup location.
Money transfer payments will normally be made in the currency of the destination country e.g (Naira in Nigeria). Transfer is converted at KBL's current rate of exchange at the time the sender initiates the money transfer.
The receiver is required to provide documentary evidence of their identity in order to collect.
KBL will refund the principal amount of a money transfer (at the applicable exchange rate at the time the transfer was initiated) upon the written request of the sender if payment to the recipient is not made within 15 days. Refund of transfer fee will be made upon written request of the sender if the money transfer is not available to the receiver within the time specified (15 days), subject to the business hours of the location selected for payment and other conditions, including, without limitation, conditions beyond the control of KBL or its agents, such as bad weather or telecommunications failure.

KBL will take reasonable care to perform the Money Transfer in accordance with the details given by you. KBL will refund to you any benefit which it receives itself as a result of any breach of this agreement or wrongdoing (this means that, for example, where a payment has failed in such circumstances we will refund to you the principal sum and the transfer fee).
If the Money Transfer is delayed or fails (15 days), you may have the right to receive a refund.
However, KBL does not accept responsibility for any failure to perform the sender’s instructions as a result of circumstances which could reasonably be considered to be outside its control.
When KBL accepts a credit or debit card or other non-cash form of payment from you, KBL makes no promise to make payment of the money transfer if the form of payment is uncollectable, nor assumes any liability for damages resulting from non-payment of the money transfer because of such uncollectability.
KBL is agreeing to provide you with a money transfer service. It does not accept any responsibility for any goods or services which may be paid for by a money transfer. You are cautioned against sending money to any person you do not know.
KBL reserves the right not to accept, process or pay any money transfer that it determines in its sole discretion may violate any applicable MLR law or KBL due diligence policy.

This agreement, and the contractual and legal relationship between you and KBL, is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any proceeding relating to this agreement. All correspondence between you and KBL, including all contractual documentation, shall be in the English language.

As a KBL Monex Transfer user, we value your business and take pride in delivering your funds to the intended recipient in a fast, convenient and reliable manner.
However, there are individuals throughout the world who will attempt to use any system to receive payments in connection with fraudulent sales or solicitations.
Make sure you know to whom you are sending money. If you are purchasing goods or services and paying through the KBL network, it is your responsibility to verify the reputation and legitimacy of the seller. KBLMonex Transfer is not liable for the non-receipt or quality of any goods or services.
